COST

Yes, we charge a fee for our assistance in helping you file your claim. We believe our services are a cost-effective option to ensure your claim is properly prepared and submitted. You can find our pricing here.

Yes, we offer payment plans to help make our services affordable. Our goal is to ensure that the cost of our service doesn’t prevent veterans from getting the help they need. You can find our flexible payment options here.

No, VETCOMM does not take any part of your benefit increase. You keep all of your back pay money and ongoing compensation.

No, VETCOMM does not take any part of your back pay. You keep all of your back pay money, and we do not charge any fees on your compensation or benefits. Our goal is to help you get the rating and compensation you deserve without affecting your back pay.

VETCOMM offers a Money-Back Guarantee for veterans who follow the full process as outlined. When you sign up, you agree to allow us two attempts to help you secure at least a 10% VA rating. To remain eligible for a refund, you must attend all scheduled appointments with our team and complete your VA-requested C&P exams.

If your first VETCOMM-assisted claim results in a total VA rating increase of 10% or more, the goal of the course has been achieved and the guarantee is fulfilled. No refund is issued.

If your first claim does not lead to a 10% total increase, VETCOMM will assist you in filing a second claim.
If the second claim results in a 10% or greater increase, the goal has been achieved and the guarantee is fulfilled.

If your second claim also does not result in a 10% total increase, you have two options:

  1. Request a full refund

  2. Proceed with a third filing and waive your right to a refund

Filing a third claim fulfills the guarantee obligation, regardless of outcome. Many veterans require multiple filings due to documentation challenges or individual circumstances that affect how the VA awards ratings. While we assist in the process, approval decisions are made solely by the VA.

Guarantee Exceptions:
The Guarantee Refund Policy does not apply in the following situations:

  • Veterans with a 90% Overall Disability Rating:
Due to the VA’s criteria and calculation methods, moving from 90% to 100% is extremely difficult. While VETCOMM will still assist with up to three (3) VETCOMM-assisted claims, no refund will be issued if a 10% total increase is not achieved.

  • Veterans with an Other Than Honorable (OTH) Discharge:
Veterans with an OTH discharge are eligible to file claims with VETCOMM, but there are additional VA-imposed limitations that may affect approval. For OTH cases, VETCOMM will assist with up to two (2) claims, but no refund will be issued if a 10% total increase is not achieved.

There are a few situations where the Guarantee Refund Policy does not apply:

  • Veterans with a 90% Total Disability Rating:
Due to how the VA calculates ratings, increasing from 90% to 100% is very difficult. VETCOMM will still assist with up to three (3) VETCOMM-assisted claims, but no refund will be issued if a 10% total increase is not awarded.

  • Veterans with an Other Than Honorable (OTH) Discharge:
Veterans with an OTH discharge can still file claims with VETCOMM. However, because of additional VA restrictions, we will assist with up to two (2) VETCOMM-assisted claims, and no refund will be issued if a 10% total increase is not awarded.

Submitting a Claim

VETCOMM helps you complete and prepare your DBQ and claim documents. While we don’t submit the claim for you, we work with you every step of the way to make sure you’re fully prepared to submit it through the VA’s online system.

VETCOMM provides assistance in preparing your claim, including guidance on completing necessary forms and obtaining medical evaluations. However, veterans are responsible for submitting their claims directly. You can submit your claim through a Veterans Service Organization (VSO), file it electronically on the VA.gov website, or mail your claim to the VA. We support you throughout the process to ensure everything is in order before submission.

VETCOMM can offer expedited assistance for veterans facing tight deadlines. While we strive to meet urgent timelines, each case is unique, and we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to meet your deadline. If you have an impending deadline, we encourage you to contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can assess your situation and determine how we can best assist you in filing your claim on time.

VA Claim Support Process

Once you sign up, you'll receive immediate access to our course materials via email. At the same time, we schedule your Pre-Claim Appointment, which takes place over Zoom.

During your Pre-Claim Appointment, you'll successfully file your Intent to File. We’ll also schedule your next step: the Claim Filing Appointment.

On this Zoom meeting, we’ll guide you through submitting your claim on VA.gov. Depending on your situation, multiple appointments may be needed to ensure everything is submitted properly.

The VA or a third-party provider working with the VA will contact you to schedule your Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams after your claim has been submitted.

Yes! We provide C&P exam preparation resources, including a personalized one-on-one phone consultation to help you feel confident and prepared.

Absolutely. It's important that you attend and complete all C&P exams scheduled by the VA or their third-party examiners, as they’re a key part of the decision-making process.

After your C&P exams are completed, the VA typically takes 6 to 10 weeks to issue a decision letter. However, processing times may vary depending on your claim's complexity.

Once you receive your decision letter, we’ll schedule a Claim Review Appointment with you. In this session, we’ll review the results and discuss strategy for future filings if needed.

About VETCOMM US
VETCOMM US was founded as a VETERAN FIRST organization in response to disabled veterans’ dissatisfaction with choosing between “FREE,” but “Low & Slow Rating Results” provided by other claim filing organizations, and the “Profit First” companies that may overcharge or turn away thousands because they’re considered “unprofitable” if filing an initial claim. VETCOMM US offers an Advanced VA Disability FAST-PASS Claim Filing Course & Workbook to educate veterans about the VA claim process and then provides DONE-WITH-YOU VA Disability Claim Filing Assistance.
